Celebrity Hunted kicked off on Channel 4

7 celebrities have been given refuge status and are being hunted by a team of elite hunters, will they last 14 days?  All have donated their fee to Stand up for Cancer.

Kicking off the hunt 5 out of the 7 celebs run in all directions, Steph & Dom Parker; probably best known by many from Gogglebox, however stroll away with their trolley suitcases as if they are sunning themselves in Marbella, they make their escape in a flamboyant open top car, feeling very confident they will not be caught.  Vino in paper cups and Primark bras, whatever next, it appears to be a very nice boutique in Grafty Green their home…. for now. 

Peter Bleksley, head hunter is a man on a mission, all 7 celebrities’ details are pinned around the room like a scene from Mission Impossible.

Action girl of the 80’s and 90’s on Challenge Anneka, Anneka Rice is no stranger to jumping out of helicopters and running the streets, she explains how she left the public life after feeling hunted in the limelight.  Along with her friendly getaway driver and members of the public her plan is to spend the day with John Illsley of Dire Straits. 

Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing are already feeling hunted and are prepared to use as many of the resources at their disposal as possible; is social media going to be their downfall?!   Bond will not be happy says JL, just before they book a helicopter to the Isle of Wight.  They make their escape just in the nick of time, however they are not the only people who can get their hands on a helicopter, the chase is certainly on and the pressure of staying hidden is enough for them to shave their heads.

Jay and Siva from The Wanted have called in their tour manager and are hoping to use their fan base to their advantage, will hiding with the unknown be enough to save them?

Meanwhile, while Steph has a luxurious lie in, Dom is giving the game away by phoning his friend to thank him for letting them stay in their house, those hunters are good. Steph is now packing her clothes very carefully and very slowly, is there any rush in this couple?  It appears so as Dom is getting fractious.  

Anneka is hiding out at Beaulieu harbor, her game plan is very reminiscent of her action days, asking random members of public for help, it does appear to be working for her, for now.

So while the hunters are closing in on Spencer and Jamie and Steph and Dom, Anneka, Jay and Siva seem to be getting away……..
