The Jungle was back this week, and Lee could hardly contain his excitement as he joined in with the intro with Ant and Dec, which gave poor Jenny a fright! “He’s a boxer, and he’s scared of worms” Stephen says as he watches Amir Khan take part in the first Bush Tucker Trial. The families were in hysterics as Amir pulled a snake out of the hole rather than a key!
Jenny explained how much she loved tangerines in tonight’s show - skin and all - much to Lee’s horror! Stephen helps himself to a biscuit and tells his mum that dogs are allergic to chocolate so can’t have any, “well you ain’t!” Pat tells him.
Rosemary Shrager featured on a special Children in Need episode of The Weekest Link, and the families were shocked to discover that she thought Mo Farrah was called ‘Mo Mo’ in response to a question.
“Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets, what could be more exciting!” Giles proclaims. Mary tells Giles that a lady featured on the show “looks nice natty, with her bust”
“Oh innit lovely Lee” Jenny says as ITV News showed coverage of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh’s 70th wedding anniversary. “Look, they look like any normal couple” Stephen tells Pat as we were shown pictures of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh.
“You’ll be a cougar if you slept with someone about 30” Lee tells Jenny as they watch The Secret Life Of The Zoo.
“It’s the best programme of the week for me” Jenny tells Lee as the titles of Blue Planet play.
