It was Umar’s 40th Birthday this week, which he celebrated by having some cake.
“Ooh Strictly - have you been watching it?” Stephen asks Chris as he returns from his week off from filming. This week the families watched Debbie McGee and her partner Giovanni dance, their routine began with an eye test which Sophie was less than impressed with as she just wanted them to get on with their dance.
“Oh, he’s being a tit again” Linda remarks as she watched an item on ITV News about Donald Trump’s feud with Kim Jung-Un.
Len Goodman has a new game show which the families watched this week. Just from the titles alone, the general consensus was one of trepidation - it appears to be BBC’s answer to Catchphrase. Chris believes that this game show will be perfect for his and Stephen’s level of intellect as it’s just pictures. Viv questions why Len’s given up being on Strictly for his new show.
The families were treated to a bit of Italian cuisine as they watched Gino’s Italian Escape. Mary reveals that Giles used to speak Italian when she first met him, and Linda mistakes Gino for Frankie Dettori! Pete reckons Gino is putting his Italian accent on! “Did you hear that Mary?” Giles asks Mary as Gino reveals that ‘chilli is good for your willy’.
“I’ve got some deep heat!” Jenny tells Lee, as he does some stretches to ease his pain.
“Does anyone want a sweetie?” Stephen asks, and gains a reaction from his dogs who seemingly are interested in having a treat.
“I never ever thought I’d feel sorry for a cockroach” Julie says as the families watch The Secret Life Of The Zoo.
“Oh, what fun!” Giles tells Mary as they watch Gone To Pot, which is basically a show where Celebrities find out what life would be like if marijuana was legalised.
Dave the dog’s got a cold and has been feeling under the weather this week, and as if head butting Dad Malone wasn’t enough a couple of weeks ago, this week he sneezes in his face!
